- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to support individuals with disabilities and other special needs.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage behavior change among patients.
- Deliver presentations on public health topics to community groups and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and program outcomes using medical terminology.
- Stay informed about Medicare regulations and provide guidance to patients regarding available resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; current nursing license required.
- Experience in public health nursing or related fields is preferred.
