This critical position provides executive-level support to the Village Manager, aiding in time optimization and management of government and legislative affairs. The successful candidate will also assist in implementing and evaluating the Village's resident experience program, providing impeccable customer service to all residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct support to the Village Manager
- Managing regional intergovernmental relationships and state and federal legislative agendas
- Assisting in implementing and evaluating resident services programs
- Conducting research, analysis, and special projects supporting the Village Manager's strategic vision
