Administrative Assistant/Zoning Clerk
The Village of Lisbon is seeking a Part-time Mayor's Administrative Assistant/Zoning Clerk to provide administrative support and manage zoning-related tasks.
About the Role
This part-time position requires no more than 29 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Mayor and other Village officials
- Managing zoning permits, licenses, and certificates
- Preparing and maintaining records and reports
- Coordinating with residents, businesses, and other stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
