Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Nurture a skilled and enthusiastic store crew through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
- Foster a motivated work environment with inspirational feedback and open communication.
- Create employee schedules to ensure efficient store operations and meet customer demands.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through ordering and stocking, minimizing waste and maximizing profits.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming store environment through regular maintenance and upkeep.
- Manage key financial aspects to drive business success and achieve sales targets.
- Step in for the Store Manager as needed to maintain smooth operations and provide leadership during critical periods.
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Access to a car or other motorized vehicle
- Liability insurance on the vehicle
- Flexibility to work various shifts and days
- Fluent in English with basic math skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
