A Fantastic Opportunity!
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, as Village Pet Care’s Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with all members of the marketing team to execute and evaluate a variety of marketing campaigns. You will support the business growth needs for individual pet care facilities, and the department as whole, by coordinating with field operational leaders, data analysts, and third-party agencies and vendors.
Requirements : Skills and Abilities
- Budget management and invoice processing
- Performance data monitoring and reporting - Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Triage and respond to inbound marketing requests and needs
- Collateral and material development / ordering
- Marketing event planning and coordination
- Social Media content development and publishing
- Customer review management and reporting
- Market research as needed
- Vendor management
- Internal and external business communications as needed
- Participate in the development and execution of new marketing campaigns and strategies
- Serve as marketing plan project manager to ensure timely execution according to approved plans (Monday.com)
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Occasional travel as needed
- Other duties, projects and tasks as needed and assigned
