We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative, one of the most important positions with our company. You are our first point of contact when our customers call, so we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phones and book service calls for Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC service technicians.
- Document and update customer records in Service Titan.
- Support call center team members
- Handle customer inquires and complaints with advanced conflict resolution skills
- Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts
- Call out to existing customers to alert them to specials
- Offer VPP (Village Partner Plan) to callers if applicable
Requirements
Bilingual-Spanish a big plus!
