Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care to residents as assigned.
- Reporting changes in resident behavior, health, or any other problems related to daily care and safety.
- Documenting all observed accidents and incidents.
- Conducting routine checks to ensure residents' needs are being met.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A valid NJ CNA Certificate.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CPR Certification preferred.
