What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Pool and Spa Lead Technician position at Village Realty Holdings, LLC?
Performs pool and spa services for Village Realty managed properties and others as assigned. Supports other technicians and troubleshoots maintenance problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Investigates and repairs pool and spa maintenance issues. Contacts outside vendors in coordination with administrative staff as needed.
- Keeps administrative staff informed on the status of pool and spa maintenance issues.
- Trains pool and spa technicians on proper procedures.
- Assists pool and spa technicians with questions and technical issues as needed.
- Cleans and maintains assigned pools and spas.
- Maintains an accurate log of daily activities and provides daily to administrative staff
- Communicates with administrative staff to schedule and coordinate work
- Communicates with guests, owners and coworkers regarding pool and spa issues
- Tracks open work orders and follows up on open items.
- Proactively recognizes, reports and rectifies items in need of maintenance using proper procedures and documentation

Education and/or Experience
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must obtain CPO certification prior to beginning duties.

Must have a valid driver's license; be physically fit; must be able to pass mandatory background check; must qualify to drive a company vehicle.
