We are is seeking a passionate Assistant Director to support our preschool's success. Ideal candidate will have prior Preschool Director or Assistant Director experience and a desire to grow as we continue to expand in the area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Support Teachers – Guide curriculum implementation, provide training, and mentor educators.
- Maintain Excellence – Ensure a high-quality learning environment that aligns with Reggio-inspired principles.
- Family & Team Engagement – Build strong relationships with families and staff to create a thriving school culture.
- Compliance & Safety – Uphold Texas Minimum Standards and Kïdo policies to ensure operational excellence.
- School Growth – Support enrollment efforts and maintain an inviting school atmosphere.
