Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring and evaluating performance against VCM's contractual and regulatory standards while identifying opportunities for operational improvements. You will collaborate with various VCM business units to ensure consistent workflow and effective communication throughout processes.Furthermore, you'll develop and execute auditing protocols aligned with service level agreements, analyze critical data, and prepare oversight reports. As an account management liaison, you'll drive compliance, facilitate timely resolutions for vendor-related issues, and contribute to strategic planning that enhances vendor performance and operational excellence. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in managed care operations with a strong emphasis on vendor management, particularly within government programs like Medicaid and Medicare, is essential.
