Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold a current, unrestricted State license or be eligible for licensure.
- Be board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Be actively registered or eligible to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
- Have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Be comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred.
