The dish machine operator must be a team player, always providing other employees with assistance as needed. They must be task-oriented, organized and motivated. They must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with other employees. This position's responsibilities include washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, and other items used within the restaurant. Other duties may include breaking down boxes, helping assist in the prep area, or any additional needs the Chef or management team may need to support the restaurant.
