A server must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. They should be able to work fast on their feet, resolve conflicts, and have high amounts of energy while keeping the customer happy at all times. Servers also need to able to work well and remain organized when dealing with the kitchen staff and other employees. Servers need to make sure that the service is always on time and the quality of the food is according to the company’s standards. Must have at least 2 years of experience in a high volume atmosphere.
