This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Supervisor located in West Allis, WI. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance projects, supervising field staff, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and maintaining communication with clients. Daily tasks include coordinating crews, inspecting work sites, and addressing any issues that arise on the job. The Field Supervisor will also assist in training new employees and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervisory and leadership skills
