Real Estate Photographer- Freelance, Cleveland

VillaPic is a full service real estate photography company that offers photography, videography, 3D tours, and more for residential and commercial real estate listings, short term rentals, and various businesses! We are currently looking for a part-time freelance photographer to assist in our greater Cleveland region.

A DAY ON THE JOB

After receiving a scheduled photo shoot notification, the photographer will arrive to the location on-time, make sure the home is photo-ready, and take the requested photos and/or videos to help showcase the listing. Other services performed may include aerial drone photography/videography and 3D virtual tours. After the photoshoot has been completed, the photographer will be required to upload the raw files to our server right away to adhere to strict deadlines. No photo editing is required for this position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Real Estate photography experience
• Must have Drivers License and a Reliable Car
• Must be willing to travel within the greater Cleveland region.
• Must have high speed internet with a focus on upload speeds
• Must carry contractor liability insurance
• Must have Part 107 Drone License or be willing to pass test within 60 days
• Must be willing to consent to Background Check

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

• Full frame DSLR Camera capable of shooting 5 bracket AEB
• Wide angle zoom lens (no primes). Approx 14-16mm.
• Drone (Mavic Air 2 or similar)
• Sturdy Tripod with precision geared head
• Newer model smartphone (iphone 14 or newer, or equivalent)

HOURS & COMPENSATION

Real Estate Photography is largely seasonal with the high season being early spring through late fall. Therefore, the schedule will vary, but this position will have the opportunity to photograph approximately 2-5 photo shoots per week-- with the potential to take on more responsibility if interested. An average shoot will last approximately 30-60 minutes but can be longer depending on the services requested.

Pay is per project and based on services performed for that project. Each job starts at $50, but may increase based on exact services provided at each photo shoot.
