Villari Foods is currently seeking a detailed-oriented and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw, North Carolina. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department. This role requires strong data entry skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job duties:
This position may require the use of powered equipment such as a Forklift, Motorized Pallet Jack, or Narrow Aisle Reach Truck. On the job training to operate the required equipment is provided. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. To perform assigned duties the following will occur: Standing on one’s feet for long periods of time, walking, and lifting. The employee is regularly required to sit/stand, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is required to lift to up 25lbs unassisted and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs, assisted. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Slips, trips, and falls; Cuts, lacerations, pinches; Amputations; Electrical shock; Strains; Flying debris; Kickbacks from machines. All safety gear must be properly worn, and all safety rules must be followed to assist in avoiding the above potential injuries. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a cold, hot or wet environment. Hearing protection is required per company policy.

Job duties:
- Close out completed PMS (Preventative Maintenance Program Tasks) daily.
- Run new batch of PMs (Preventative Maintenance Program Tasks) weekly.
- Purge the maintenance request folder daily within out work order tracking system.
- Enter all Gambrel Repairs in Excel daily.
- Enter all Gambrel Inspection in Excel daily.
- Update the water report from the daily water meter readings daily.
- Generate the required report from Carlisle and enter onto the water meter report weekly.
- Update Supervisors of any missing water reports.
- Update Maintenance Supervisor on number of PMs not completed each week.
- Enter invoices from vendors, such as Carolina Handling, into the purchasing system.
- Carefully and accurately maintain files needed for audits.
- Perform other responsibilities as required by supervisor.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Proficiency in basic formulas in Excel.
- Well-organized, multitasker, critical thinker, and good communicator.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate’s degree or combined equivalent education/ experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from personnel inside and outside the company.
- Experience with data entry, familiarity with Microsoft office and/ or QuickBooks is a plus.
