Obtains help by contacting upper management and/or local authority. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; and restraining trespassers.

Job Duties / Essential Functions:
- Ability to work 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Friday, Saturday, and Sundays nights.
- Responsible for enforcing the company policies and procedures consistently in a calm and professional manner.
- Checks guest/employee identifications in compliance with Villari Brothers regulations.
- Manage lost and found to best ensure items are returned to their rightful owners.
- Check trailers, loads, and employee vehicles.
- Check temperatures and handout masks as directed by upper management.
- Responds to emergency situations such as fires, disturbances, and medical needs.
- Shows a commitment to ensuring the safety to Villari Brothers employees and customers.
- Responsible for notifying upper management of any alcohol and drug use by any employee.
- Recording all incoming traffic.
- Responsible for ensuring processing/manufacturing plant food safety.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least one year of prior experience preferred.
- Must hold a valid motor vehicle license with good driving record.
- Must be able to wear a radio earphone for the duration of scheduled shift.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps and respond to emergency situations.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
- Must be able to read and write statements, as needed.
