The Villas is hiring Activities Assistants!
The Activities assistant provides exceptional customer service to our Residents. Candidate must possess compassion, patience, be detailed oriented, and be cheerful!
This position is responsible for assisting with and executing scheduled, meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents that will benefit their physical, mental, and social well-being. The right person will be responsible for escorting residents on some of the recreational outings. Candidate should have good organizational skills and a working knowledge of computer Word program. Candidate will plan activities with the supervisor.

What you'll do at The Villas:
- Assists the Activities Director to develop and promote recreational activities
- Encourage residents to participate in various activity programs.
- Implement programs of individual and group activities based on resident needs.
- Assist with identifying and documenting residents activity interests past and present.
- Assist and supervise with off - site bus trips.
- Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to innovate and excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.13 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
