What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Dietary Aide - Luxury Assisted Living - PT/FT position at Villas Assisted Living?
The Villas is hiring wait staff for our restaurant - Breakfast and Lunch, full time, flexible to work some dinner shifts, weekend hours are required.
The waiter/waitress provides exceptional customer service to our Residents and their guests through table service in the dining room and designated areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Sets up and cleans dining room tables and surrounding areas
- Cleans and scrapes dishes in preparation for washing
- Cleans and maintains equipment and food contact surfaces
- Removes and disposes of all garbage and trash to proper areas
- Serves meals to the residents in a restaurant style dining room
- Prepares and delivers food to resident floors and retrieves trays
- Follows all sanitation and Infection Control procedures
- Washes hands frequently and prior to returning or starting work.
- Wears gloves according to policy and removes them and reapplies them when appropriate
- Reports any equipment or safety problems immediately
