">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the care of residents, ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota Board of Nursing standards. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments to establish baseline health status and creating detailed Plans of Care that take into account individual needs and preferences.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to oversee practical nurses, CNAs, and other nursing personnel. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify expectations and address behaviors as needed.
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing, current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse, and current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
