We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and supervise the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with Minnesota BON standards and the Tenants' Bill of Rights.
- To develop and implement individualized Plans of Care that take into account each resident's unique needs and preferences.
- To oversee the practical nurses, CNAs, and other nursing personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
