The Villas at Giants Ridge is looking for a great person to lead our housekeeping team.
Job Description:
Coordinate with managers, peers, and staff to ensure that our villas and suites are clean and ready for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the assistant and general manager to create great working relationships
- Communicates with maintenance and front desk
- Creates and coordinates a plan for the day for staff
- Trains staff on current and new cleaning procedures
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products
- Coordinate with the assistant and general manager on needed housekeeping supplies
- Respond to guest complaints and special requests
- Leading by example with housekeeping staff
- Scheduling shifts and handling sick calls
- Coordinating with laundry staff
- Communicating with the Assistant General Manager about any staffing issues
- Quality checks
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Computer skills preferred, but can train
- Housekeeping Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Detail oriented
- Leadership experience
- The ability to multi-task

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
