- To provide tenants with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living.
- To work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each tenant.
- To communicate effectively with tenants, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
