Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct LPN nursing care to residents
- Oversee the activities of nursing assistants
- Observe, report, and respond to changes in resident condition
- Attend required in-service trainings and educational events
Requirements
- Current Kentucky LPN certification
- Strong documentation skills; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
- Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
