What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rooms Controller position at Villatel?
Villatel is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Rooms Controller to oversee and optimize the allocation of our vacation rental properties across multiple resorts. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, including Guest Services, Revenue, Reservations, and Operations, to maintain optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rooms Inventory Management :
Oversee the Tape Chart / Rooms Inventory for all Villatel properties.
Work closely with Guest Services to address guest needs and requests, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Allocate and assign units based on guest preferences, availability, and operational requirements.
Assist in coordinating maintenance and service requests to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on guests.
Generate and analyze reports on occupancy, unit allocation, and operational efficiency.
