**What We’re Looking For:**
Our ideal candidate is proficient in all aspects of residential maintenance, including landscaping, plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and unit turns. We value individuals who have a strong work ethic, a knack for troubleshooting, and a commitment to creating a positive living experience for our residents. Your availability for after-hours emergency calls will be essential to this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Maintenance Management:** Schedule, perform, and monitor preventative maintenance and apartment turns to keep our properties in top shape.
- **Hands-On Repairs:** Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
- **Customer Service Excellence:** Provide outstanding service to current and potential tenants, ensuring a quality living experience for all.
- **Safety and Cleanliness:** Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to maintain safety and cleanliness, while promptly alerting the maintenance team to any issues.
- **Vendor Coordination:** Assist your supervisor in scheduling and communicating with vendors, obtaining bids, and overseeing contractor work to ensure it meets our high standards.
- **Budget Management:** Help procure maintenance supplies while adhering to budget guidelines and prepare and submit accurate property invoices.
**Qualifications:**
- Basic proficiency in all areas of maintenance relevant to the position.
- A solid commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability for after-hours emergency calls as needed.
- Previous experience in residential maintenance is a plus.
