Responsibilities :
- Oversee all hardware engineering aspects at VIMAAN
- Lead and mentor the hardware team, fostering innovation and excellence
- Spearhead end-to-end system design, including mechanical, electrical, and optical components
- Establish and maintain scalable development processes and best practices
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from cradle to grave from initiating projects and gathering requirements to deploying in customer operations.
- Develop and manage product functional and design specifications
- Drive the design of components and assemblies for warehouse automation systems, including cameras, sensors, lights, compute, and power delivery systems
- Contribute as a senior designer, providing technical expertise and guidance
