What You'll Do:
- Onboarding Program Management:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new employees to ensure they feel welcomed, informed, and ready to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and informative onboarding sessions.
- Gather feedback from new hires to refine and enhance the onboarding process.
- Act as the key point of contact for sharing standard onboarding content and talent process materials with our regional teams.
- Help us establish consistent core content globally while allowing regions the flexibility to customize segments related to their specific offices, holidays, and benefits. This approach will create a unified Vimeo experience as the foundation for our onboarding process.
- Support Talent Initiatives:
- Assist in the execution of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to employee engagement strategies that foster a positive work environment and culture.
- Participate in the planning and coordination of meet-up strategies to strengthen team connections in a hybrid work setting.
- Learning and Development:
- Support the development and delivery of training programs that promote continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Work with subject matter experts to create relevant content and resources for employee development.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor key metrics related to onboarding, performance, and engagement; provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Prepare reports for leadership to highlight program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Or equivalent professional experience (this is an inclusive best practice)
- 2 years of experience in HR, talent management, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools; experience with data analysis is a plus.
- A proactive approach with a passion for fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- NYC Metro: $69,000 - $93,500
