Role : AEP Engineer

Job Description :
- Create the future products by working with agile engineering teams in developing complex features in a large-scale, multi-cloud microservices SaaS product
- AEP Data Engineer collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and collect data requirements for AEP CDP development and deployment.
- Develop, test and deploy data pipelines ETL jobs and data processing workflows using big data technologies e.g Hadoop, Spark, Kafka etc.
- Experience with data analysis, modeling, and mapping to coordinate closely with Data Architect(s)
- Build the necessary schemas, workflows to ingest customers data, transform the data & load the data into AEP successfully.
- Build Audiences (segmentations) and create necessary pipeline for Destination activation.
- Own the outcome by taking the initiative and ownership for the product design and delivery efforts while always guiding the team on optimizing for quality, scalability and performance
- Raise the bar by driving continuous innovation and finding new solutions for addressing complex distributed systems challenges
- Be genuine and humble, serve as a mentor, foster a collaborative environment and encourage and guide team members by being honest and direct
- Collaborate extensively within and across various teams, products and domains
- Act with clarity and precision, ensuring projects are driven with a strong sense of ownership and direction
