• Functionally Skilled in Oracle Applications 11i / R12 of Project Manufacturing modules which includes Projects Accounting (PA), Project Manufacturing (PJM) and Project Contracts (OKE).
• Functionally Skilled in Oracle Applications 11i / R12 of SCM modules which includes Inventory and Order Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Good Experience in handling Legacy systems (Third Party Applications like MES and PLM) which are integrated with Oracle server and involved in different manufacturing process.
• Should have strong experience working on Production support
• Should have good experience working with ServiceNow
• Team oriented, self-motivated and a disciplined individual

• Detailed Job Summary :
• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Accounting Modules Support Analyst with expertise in Project Costing, Billing, and Project Manufacturing (PJM) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite's Project Accounting modules. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Oracle Project Accounting, Project Costing, Billing, and PJM modules, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responibilities

o Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Project Accounting modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Manufacturing (PJM)

o Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.

o Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and ensure that Oracle Project Accounting meets business needs.

o Assist in the implementation of Oracle Project Accounting, Project Costing, Billing, and PJM enhancements, patches, and upgrades.

o Work closely with the project team to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

o Participate in testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

o Document support processes, resolutions, and configurations.

o Maintain up-to-date documentation for Oracle Project Accounting, Project Costing, Billing, and PJM configurations, setups, and customizations.

o Collaborate with other IT teams, business analysts, and end-users to ensure the successful integration of Oracle Project Accounting with other E-Business Suite modules.

Strong understanding of Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management
