Vin Sauvage is family-owned, craft beverage wholesale company that has been servicing the state of Nevada for over 20 years. We are looking for a craft beverage and fine wine focused individual to oversee our Northern Nevada sales team.
Our hope is for the Regional Manager to be an impactful sales and marketing professional, who will promote the full portfolio in the Northern Nevada market. This role will be responsible for working closely with our Brand Management team and Sales Director to motivate their teams to grow sales and market share.
Job Responsibilities include : ALL Develop relationships with highly qualified sale team and office personnel.
Spend time in market to stay on top of industry and market trends, demonstrating an understanding of the Northern Nevada market.
Coach and inspire sales team by providing guidance and support with brand objectives in mind.
Analyze sales data frequently to develop strategic plans that make the most on growth opportunities.
Conduct brand training and educational sessions for customers and sales teams.
