What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Bartender/Supervisor position at Vinaigrette?
We are looking for capable, experienced bartenders with a passion for food and service, natural attention to detail, and strong work ethic. We hold ourselves to fine dining standards and our customers are discerning and sophisticated, but the vibe of the restaurant is casual and the pace high-volume. Bartenders/Supervisors need to be able to multi-task. Responsibilities include partial hosting, phone orders, pouring beer and wine, making cocktails, making non-alcoholic mixed drinks, helping servers in the dining room as necessary and feasible, making coffee, printing reports and limited data entry into Quickbooks and Excel. Applicants should have beer/wine/cocktail knowledge. But most importantly we are looking for people who like taking care of people!
