What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Server position at Vinaigrette?
We are looking for capable, experienced servers with a passion for food and service, natural attention to detail, and strong work ethic. We hold ourselves to fine dining standards and our customers are discerning and sophisticated, but the vibe of the restaurant is casual and the pace high-volume. Servers need to be able to multi-task and handle large sections. But most importantly we are looking for people who like taking care of people! A team attitude is also essential.
Servers will run their own food during much of the year bus and prep their own tables, but also only pay out a very small tip share.
