Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Rental Counter professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with rental inquiries and transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth rental processes. We are an Employee Owned Company and the Company pay 90% of the Health Insurance Premiums for the Employee and all Dependants. We work Monday Thru Friday with WEEKENDS OFF! We are open from 7am-5pm on those days and have been serving Knox and the surrounding counties since 1969.
Responsibilities
- Manage rental inquiries and reservations
- Maintain accurate rental records and documentation
- Assist in sales management activities
- Negotiate rental terms with customers
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Help check in and clean equipment as needed
- Inspect Rental Equipment coming back in
- Verify condition of Equipment going out on Rent
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry
- Ability to maintain rental records accurately
- DRIVER'S LISCENSE REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personal Hygeine
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
