- Exceed client family expectations, providing exemplary home-based care
- Ensure all staff are oriented / supported to be successful in their job performance
- Liaison between, staff, patients, medical community, and referral sources
- Operates agency to increase financial performance by meeting the growing home-based care needs in our local communities.
Specific Duties
Review Care Plans
Train, Hire and Discipline Contractors and Staff
Conduct Virtual New Hire Orientation
Intermittent Supervisory Visits (Field Staff)
Qualifications
RN- Florida License
Able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Submit to Fingerprint Screening
Must have at least 5 years' experience (prefer 3 years in long term care or home health)
At least 2 years supervisory experience
This position is scheduled to start March 1, 2023. This is a long-term contract position as an independent contractor. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. No weekends, No evenings and No Holidays or On-Call. You may work PRN, Part-time or Full-time. Multiple hires will allow flexibility with schedule.
