Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced environment of our restaurant. As a Busser/Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include delivering food from the kitchen to the dining area, assisting with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before serving.
- Assist servers with setting up tables and clearing dishes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations.
- Help with catering events as required, ensuring food presentation meets our standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries or needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and restaurant environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- A commitment to hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with bussing or catering is a plus.
