Vincent Tool builds custom injection mold bases for a wide range of industry sectors. The mold base plates are machined onsite and then the mold base is fully assembled before it ships. The assembly department is responsible for assembling the mold base and serves as the final quality checkpoint before the base ships to the customer.
Candidates should have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop and be on their feet for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail is necessary. The position is 44-48 hours weekly with flexible shift times and includes a 30 minute paid lunch.
Injection mold building and/or prior CAD experience are a plus but not required. If you have a good mechanical aptitude you could be very well suited to this job. We will fully train the right person so apply now!

Tool Maker | Mold Base Assembler | Quality Controller Essential Functions
· Compare mold base plates against CAD to verify features are accurate
· Perform quality inspection to ensure all features are within the allowed tolerances
· Identify any corrections that need to be made before mold base can be assembled
· Assemble the complete mold base and prepare it for shipping
· Tool making, grinding, manual machining tasks, saws, mill and lathe
· Additional tasks as needed
Job Type: Full Time, Day Shift
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on prior experience
Expected hours: 44 – 48 per week
