What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk/Data Entry position at Vincent Valuations?
Responsibilities
- Reviews computerized field documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Identifies and resolves minor discrepancies, as required.
- Transfers pre-determined information collected in the field to the computer, as appropriate.
- Inputs specific information to the appropriate screens using a PC.
- Transfers hand-drawn sketches from the field documents to the computer system using computer vectoring.
- Ensures that the computer sketch dimensions are consistent with the field document. Addresses and resolves minor discrepancies, as required.
- Maintains personal production records and submits as required
Qualifications
- Excellent keyboarding and PC skills, including knowledge of MS-Word and Excel, or their equivalents
- Good math and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently with motivation to maintain high quality of work if unsupervised
- Strong written and oral communication skills in an office environment
- Daily quota required
- Previous experience as data input operator is desired, but not required.
