Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with your mentor Agent to develop confidence and skills needed to become a self-sufficient insurance agent.
- Assess the unique needs and goals of prospective clients to recommend the most appropriate insurance policy options.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell multiple Personal and Business products, treating each client interaction as a chance to foster new and ongoing business relationships.
