What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trackwork Design Coordinator F/H position at Vinci?
Duties and Responsibilities : Serve as a technical reference for trackwork design on contractor side against Designer and third parties;As Trackwork discipline lead, manages the Track Design team : Design Join Venture team and Designers and assume interfaces with other disciplines : civil, system, structure, station;Organize, lead and report the meeting of Task Force Group Track and actively participate in inter-disciplinary meetings;Pay attention on means and methods for track installation, actively participates in constructability review, and implements it during Design development;Key actor of the design approval process, including steps of design review, constructability review, means and methods interface and incorporation, Client review, 3rd parties review, permitting process.Key Requirements :
Minimum 10 years' engineering design experience within Design-Build Projects.Minimum 5 years in design and / or design management of trackwork and associated items (direct fixation, ballasted track, track special work, interlocking, open deck, third rail, rail structure interaction)Significative site experience in track construction / installation including methodology, logistic, site feeding, crew management, welding equipment, will be a mustRegistration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others is essential.Broad generalized knowledge of personnel safety, process safety, and environmental principles / regulations.Analytical ability of track Design : basis of Design assumption, dimensioning, fixation detail
