Vine and Oak Tavern is looking for an experienced Server to continue its excellence in serving food drinks and beverages. Must have experience working in large operations and fine dining setting as we only serve the best quality food and drinks . Need to be organized and a strong team player and be able to handle a fast paced operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure high performance and maintain excellence & hospitality throughout each day’s specific service periods.
- Taking orders.
- Serving alcohol food and beverages.
- Answer all guests questions about food, liquor wine and beer.
- Finish side work assigned to the shift.
- Preparing bill and processing payment.
- Pre-bus the tables.
- Offer water and soda refills.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Fine Dining Server.
- Minimum 2 years of prior server experience is required.
- This position requires flexibility with scheduling including AM and PM shifts, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
- Experience with Toast is preferred.
- Experience in high volume restaurant is required.
Prior experience working in high volume restaurants a must.
5 day work week, weekends and holidays a must.
