Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA Child Behavior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of those plans. The BCBA will be responsible for training and supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective services to clients.
- Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm work week, no evenings!
- 80,000 per year with planned increases every year
- 120 hours of PTO per year and up to 40 hours of additional PTO awarded for anniversaries
