Ministry Assistant - PT

As Ministry Assistant, you will provide administrative and logistical support to the Weekend Ministry Leader and the Associate Pastor of Ministries (APoM) ensuring the efficient execution of weekend services and related events and needs pertaining to all ministries as needed by the APoM.

What you’ll do:

• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for weekend planning
• Coordinate logistics for special events, including ordering supplies and managing rentals
• Maintain databases, tracking volunteer participation, and vital service metrics
• Process credit card purchases and manage receipts via electronic software
• Volunteer coordination, service preparation and other general assistance

What you bring:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a ministry setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and Planning Center
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
