Church Managed Services - Ministry Coordinator

SUMMARY
The Managed Services Ministry Coordinator will support Vineyard Cincinnati Church in its church planting and church support services ministry initiatives. This role will provide critical administrative support, manage ministry projects, and coordinate local Vineyard Network church planting activities. The role will function as a central point of contact to ensure services to network churches are handled with excellence, and work closely with church leadership and staff to ensure the success of ministry initiatives during this vital phase of growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Vineyard Cincinnati Church and the churches that it is supporting, checking in regularly with partner churches for good customer service and ensuring alignment of vision, goals, and resources on their behalf.
  • Partnering with Finance and Operations regarding administrative services provided to partner churches, customizing those services as the needs evolve.
  • Project management - onboarding new partner churches/church plants, working with staff and contractors to ensure administrative systems and processes are put in place.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, coordination of ministry-related activities, and ensuring smooth communication between partner churches and Vineyard Cincinnati Leadership.
  • Coordinating church plant residents as they work with staff and leadership to prepare for church planting.
  • Coordinating the various assets available within the local Vineyard church network to assist church planting efforts.
  • Assist with the preparation and ongoing management of the ministry’s budget.
  • Track expenses, ensure funds are properly allocated, and work with the Director of Finance to keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that all ministry spending aligns with the overall financial goals and policies of Vineyard.
  • Attend All-staff meetings and trainings.
  • Complete additional tasks, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED, Associate Degree Preferred
EXPERIENCE Proven experience in project management, administrative support, or ministry coordination. Experience in church planting or working with newly planted churches is a plus.
