Dental Patient Coordinator - Treatment Coordinator

Vineyard Dental Group is seeking a full-time Dental Patient Coordinator - Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Temecula, CA! We offer this role the following:

• $20 - $27 an hour

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our Dental Patient Coordinator - Treatment Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of our patient care process. You'll start your day by welcoming patients with a warm smile, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their treatment plans. Your keen organizational skills will shine as you coordinate treatment plans and explain procedures, benefits, and payment options. You'll schedule appointments and manage follow-ups, ensuring every patient receives timely and effective care.

Throughout the day, you'll collaborate closely with our dentistry professionals to maintain accurate patient records and manage insurance claims and billing inquiries. Your exceptional customer service skills will be vital as you address any patient concerns or questions, making each visit a positive experience. Your role is crucial in creating a seamless and enjoyable patient journey from start to finish.

You'll typically work:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• 3 years of dental treatment coordinating experience
