This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functions, and providing excellent service to our residents and their families. Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable / Receivable (A / P & A / R) : Assist the Office Manager with daily accounts management and financial reporting.
- Office Supplies Management : Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Medi-Cal Applications : Provide guidance and assistance to residents and their families in completing Medi-Cal applications.
- Resident Trust Funds : Manage resident trust funds with precision and in compliance with facility policies.
- Bank Runs : Handle bank transactions, including deposits and other related tasks as needed.
- General Administrative Support : Assist with other office-related duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the business office. Requirements :
- Previous experience in office management, billing, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal or similar healthcare programs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach when interacting with residents and families.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
