Location : Vineyard Post Acute - Petaluma, CA
Schedule : Full time positions work on a 4 days on - 2 days off rotation.
Looking for 1 LVN for each shift.
AM - 0630-1500
PM - 1430 - 2300
NOC - 2230 - 0630
