Overview :
The Technical Design Assistant will report to the Technical Design Director. This individual will be responsible for supporting the department, cross-functional partners, and factories to reach Technical Design priorities and to carry them through on schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and organize, and steam samples for fittings
- Create schedule for fit session prioritized by sample season and status
- Take clear and concise fit notes; create evaluations in Centric and help to add the notes and photos to the tech pack
- Communicate factory call-outs and comments regarding samples at fittings
- Track fit samples through communication with overseas factories and agents
- Organize and send samples to appropriate factories for updates and corrections weekly
- Take on additional ad hoc projects
