Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across digital and traditional platforms, including paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, and emerging media.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of media campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives, brand guidelines, and performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute media plans effectively.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, bid strategy, creative direction, and performance tracking.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and customer LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing across creative, targeting, and ad formats to maximize efficiency.
- Own the paid media budget, ensuring strategic allocation across channels to maximize impact.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Use data and analytics to inform future media investments and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and CRM teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging strategies.
- Work with the Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution of paid media performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to drive innovation in paid media.
- 5 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, media buying strategies, and budget management.
- Experience managing agencies and media partners.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
