We’re on the lookout for highly motivated college students, in good academic standing, who are passionate about our brand and working toward a career in the retail industry. Interns will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations within their designated department, providing support to other departments as needed, as well as handling administrative tasks throughout the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Vendor Setup Coordination:
- Manage internal/external communication and steps required to onboard new vendors.
- Maintain vendor lists/tools for business operations.
- Collect and organize necessary documents from prospective vendors.
- Third-Party Audit Process Management:
- Coordinate third-party factory audits.
- Review both social and technical audits.
- Maintenance of records
- Traceability Documentation:
- Request, track, review and organize traceability documents on a seasonal basis.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of traceability data.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date on industry trends/news that are impactful to the apparel industry.
- Research and suggest enhancements to existing compliance processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, such as sourcing, legal, and logistics, to align vendor compliance initiatives.
- Support the preparation of vendor compliance reports for internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A few things you should know:
- This internship is for credit only and you must be able to provide the appropriate paperwork from your school in order to be considered
- Able to come into the office on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday (2x a week)
- We work with your class and extracurricular schedule to determine your internship schedule. Please note: we recommend working two full 8 hour days and one 4 hour half day.
- Spring internships can be up to 15 weeks long with a max of 20 hours per week
- Spring internships slated to start the week of January 20, 2025
